In a Sunday thriller that saw the leaderboard shuffle until the final putt, Young overcame a four-shot deficit to finish at 13-under par, edging out Matt Fitzpatrick by a single stroke.
The Iconic 17th: Where the Tide Turned
Entering the treacherous final stretch, the momentum was firmly with Fitzpatrick. However, Young’s clinical approach at the par-3 17th island green proved to be the turning point.
