“And tonight at the @laureussport World Sports Awards, I was again reminded that at the finish line, checkered flag, last jump, final goal; we were never playing just for ourselves but to show that sports has the power to change the world, to unite differences, and to allow dreams to live regardless of background,” she added.
Eala, one of the brightest young names in international tennis, responded warmly to the post. “You are so inspiring!! So happy we were finally able to meet, first of many times I hope. Pusong pinoy,” she replied.
